TWO HUMPS OR ONE HUMPS!! Camels have lived in the deserts for more than 3,000 years. Camels are mammals. They have long legs. They have a big lipped snout and a humped back. There are two types of camels- Bactrian camel and Dromedary camel. Bactrian Camel :- Bactrian Camel has two humps. They are generally found in the deserts of Mongolia and China. A small population of Bactrian camels exists in the Nubra valley of Ladakh (J&K) and some areas of southwest Kazakhstan. Dromedary Camel :- Dromedary Camel or Arabian camel has one hump.
